Low fat chili. Serving size approximately 14.25 ounces

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

14 ounces ground beef, 93% lean
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
28 ounces chopped tomatoes
15 ounces black beans
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
16 ounces water
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chili

Brown ground beef in olive oil; add onion, celery, and green pepper; saute for five minutes. Add seasonings and remaining ingredients. Simmer for twenty minutes over medium-low heat. May garnish with reduced fat grated cheese and reduced fat sour cream if desired.
