Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 lb lean ground beef
2 onions
32 oz red kidney beans
1 can tomato paste
1 cup water
1/2 lb celery
1 green pepper
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp tarragon
1 tbsp red chilies
1 tbsp Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown beef.

  2. Saute onions with beef.

  3. Add beans, tomato paste, water, chopped celery and green pepper, and spices.
