46 oz canned tomatoes
1 cup black beans, dry equivalent, 2 cans
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon chipotle pepper
1 bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Chili, quick, fake, veggie

  1. saute onions and garlic in oil in a large iron pot until brown

  2. add tomatoes, beans, and other ingredients

  3. simmer 30 minutes

  4. serve over rice or with saltine crackers
