2.5 pound Beef, Ground, 75% Lean Meat / 25% Fat, Crumbles
120 ounce Bushs Best Chili Beans
72.5 ounce Petite Diced Tomatoes
2.5 large Peppers, Sweet, Red
2.5 large Onions
15.25 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
4 oz Mild Cheddar
6 serving Martha WHite Sweet yellow corn bread
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Chili Pie

  1. Put chili in casserole dish

  2. Layer corn, cheese, and cornbread mix (mixed per package directions) on top of chili

  3. Bake at 400 degrees until cornbread is cooked through
