Recipe Ingredients for Chili Pie

4 cups pinto beans
12 cups tomato sauce
1/2 T paprika
1 T soy sauce
1 t cumin
2 cloves garlic
1 c cornmeal
1 c flour, brown rice
1 T sugar
1 T baking powder
1 t sea salt
1 T flour, soy
1/3 cup oil, canola
1 c soy milk

Recipe Directions for Chili Pie

  1. Chili: Mix all ingredients and pour into 8 x 11 baking dish.

  2. Corn Bread: Mix all ingredients in a bowl except canola oil and soy milk. Add canola oil and soy milk and mix well.

  3. Chili Pie: Drop by tablespoons on top of the chili and cover thooughly

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes
