Recipe Ingredients for Chili Pasta Skillet

16 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
0.75 cup, chopped Onions
14.5 oz Black Beans, Organic
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
8 oz Tomato Sauce
4 oz Green Chile Peppers
3 tsp Chili Powder
0.5 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Dry
0.5 tsp Garlic Salt
2 oz Fat Free Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Chili Pasta Skillet

In a large skillet cook meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in beans, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, chile peppers, macaroni, chili powder, and garlic salt. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring often. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand about two minutes or until cheese melts.
