28 oz red kidney beans
14 oz corn
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
4 carrots
2 celery stalks
14 oz tomato
1 cup brown rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp jalepeno pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 black pepper

Recipe Directions for Chili non carne with rice

  1. fry garlic and onion in olive oil until tender

  2. add rest of veggies

  3. add chicken broth and rice

  4. spices

  5. cover and cook low to heat for about 25 minutes until rice cooked
