Chili without beans, home made seasoning.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili, No Beans

3 1/4 lbs ground beef
43 1/2 oz tomatoes, diced
24 oz tomato sauce
2 onions, diced
3 green peppers, diced
4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chili, No Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Stir dry seasonings together and set aside

  3. Brown ground beef on top of the stove.

  4. Drain

  5. Transfer ground beef to an oven safe roasting pan

  6. Add onion, green pepper, tomatoes and tomato sauce.

  7. Mix well

  8. Add one tomato sauce can full of water.

  9. Add about half of the dry season to the ground beef mixture and MIX WELL.

  10. Add more seasoning if you would like, a little at a time.

  11. Cover tightly with foil.

  12. Bake for 30 minutes

  13. Remove foil and stir. If it seems to dry, add another sauce can full of water and stir.

  14. Replace foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
