Used 18.5 oz gr sirloin, 15 oz can kidney beans....could not get recipe to come out right using these amts!

Recipe Ingredients for Chili, made 1/4/11...calc @5 servings

350 g ground sirloin, raw
1 t beef bouillon
1 small onion
2 stalks celery
28 oz can diced tomatoes
15 oz tomato sauce
4 oz dark red kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Chili, made 1/4/11...calc @5 servings

  1. Brown meat, add chopped onion and celery

  2. Season: chili powder, cumin, oregano, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mix bouillon in 1 c water

  3. Simmer 1 1/2 hrs on low

  4. Better if made ahead and reheated
