Recipe Ingredients for Chili-Mac Skillet

10 ounces macaroni
15 ounce tomato sauce
8 ounce tomato sauce
15 ounce diced tomatoes, undrained
15 ounce kidney beans, drained
15 ounce black beans, drained
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 Anaheim chili pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Chili-Mac Skillet

  1. Cook macaroni noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil at medium setting. When oil is hot, add onions and peppers. Saute until onion is transparent.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, including macaroni. Bring to a rapid simmer and then turn down low and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
