Recipe Ingredients for Chili Mac w/ Rotini

12 oz Rotini
12 oz turkey chili
12 oz red beans
6 oz mexicorn
3 T chili powder
2 T minced garlic
1 T cumin
1/4 cup flax seed
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bell pepper
2 stalks celery
1 onion
1 t olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chili Mac w/ Rotini

  1. Put Rotini on to lightly cook.

  2. Cut up vegetables and saute in olive oil.

  3. Drain noodles and add other ingredients (except cheddar).

  4. Add 1/2 to 1 cup water to get all out of cans.

  5. Stir

  6. Top with cheddar.

  7. Heat in oven.
