Mexican style chili mac with black beans

Recipe Ingredients for Chili Mac

4 oz Fiber Gourmet Elbow Macaroni
411 grams Ready-Cut - Diced Tomatoes
432 grams Black Beans
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
3 cup Pepper Strips
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 oz Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Chili Mac

  1. Dice onions and squash, pan fry with olive oil pam spray, add tomatoes, garlic powder and chili powder

  2. Meanwhile, boil water and cook pasta until tender

  3. Drain and rinse black beans and add to veggie mixture

  4. Drain pasta, and add to cooked veggies
