Chili flavoured ground beef with cheesey macaroni

Recipe Ingredients for Chili Mac

2 tsp olive oil
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c onions
1 tbsp chili powder
1/4 c ketchup
1/8 c mustard
1/2 c beef broth
1/3 lb elbow macaroni
4 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Chili Mac

  1. Cook mac. Set aside

  2. Cook meat and onions and flavour with chili powder

  3. Add ketchup, mustard and broth

  4. Simmer until thickened

  5. Stir in pasta

  6. Top with cheese

  7. Broil or bake whole thing
