A simple savory dish, one of my late grandpa's specialties.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili Mac

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 1/2 cup elbow shaped Macaroni
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chili Mac

Cook and drain macaroni. Meanwhile, brown beef in pan. Add onions, cook until softened. Add macaroni and salt. Cook until macaroni becomes slightly charred.
