Recipe Ingredients for Chili on the Hot Side

1 t olive oil
2/3 c tomato, fresh chopped
1 c tomato, canned diced in puree
2 T red onion, chopped
2/3 c beer
1/2 t paprika
1/2 t chili powder
14 oz beef, ground
5 1/2 oz roasted red peppers
1 jalapeno pepper, roasted

Recipe Directions for Chili on the Hot Side

  1. saute onion in olive oil. brown the meat. add all remaining ingredients. let cook down.

  2. serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, corn bread.
