Recipe Ingredients for Chili Hamburgers

1 1/2 pounds 90% lean ground beef
3 tbsp finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chili Hamburgers

  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 hamburger patties. Wrap each in waxed paper and freeze in a large freezer bag.

  2. To prepare for serving, thaw patties. Grill or fy patties to desired doneness. Serve on warmed hamburger buns.
