Recipe Ingredients for Chili-Great Vegetarian Chili

1 cup tvp
1 1/2 cups onion
1 1/2 tsp garlic
1/3 cup green chili peppers
1 cup tomoatoes
1/2 tsp vegite
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 1/4 tsp chili powder
1 cups red kidney beans
1 1/2 cups tomatoe juice

Recipe Directions for Chili-Great Vegetarian Chili

  1. Reconsitute TVP - finely chopp onions, use minced garlic, do not drain green chili peppers, dice tomoatoes, drain and rinse beans.

  2. Combine the onion and garlic in large skillet or saucepan and cook, covered, over low heat until soft, stirring frequently and to prevent scorching. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly

  3. Cook over medium heat until bubblin hot
