12 ounce Pork Chops
1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced into thick wedges
1/2 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 tablespoon Honey
1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 cup Apple Cider
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Chili-Glazed Pork Chops w/apples

  1. Mix Honey, Chipotle Sauce, and Mustard

  2. Sear Porkchops seasoned with salt and pepper in a pan

  3. Brush with chili mixture

  4. After crust add apples

  5. Then add cider

  6. Remove chops

  7. Add butter and pour over chops
