Recipe Ingredients for Chili Ghetti

1 lb lean ground beef
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
28 oz tomatoes
32 oz chili
8 oz spaghetti
3 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chili Ghetti

  1. Brown ground beef and onions in butter. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes and chili. simmer 45minutes. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti. Drain. Set aside. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in grated cheese until melted. Fold in sour cream.

  2. Mix with cooked spaghetti. Spoon into 4-5 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover.

  3. Bake at 350 form 45 minutes. Yield: 10-12 servings
