Recipe Ingredients for Chili garlic sauce

30 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
5 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pure Granulated Sugar
1 serving Rice Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Chili garlic sauce

  1. Trim stems from peppers and peel garlic.

  2. Add all ingredients to blender and mix well, adding water as needed.

  3. Pour into a glass container and cover with plastic wrap. Leave at room temperature for 2-4 days to ferment.

  4. Pour into a sauce pan and heat to near boiling. Simmer for 5 minutes, then cool. Add rice vinegar to taste. Store in refrigerator. 1 tablespoon is one serving.
