15 oz tomato sauce
15 oz kidney beans
15 oz chili beans
15 oz black beans
2 stalks celery
2 onions
1 sweet red pepper
4 serrano peppers

  1. Cut beef into cubes

  2. brown beef and put into soup pot

  3. dice tomatoes and other vegetables

  4. add all ingredients

  5. bring to a boil

  6. reduce heat simmer 30 minutes or longer
