Recipe Ingredients for Chili feb 2 2010

184 g red onions
9 g butter
9 g becel
150 g raw mushrooms
261 g cooked extra lean ground beef
796 ml tomatoes, diced
398 ml tomato sauce, no salt added
835 g canned red kidney beans
42 g chili powder
34 g yellow sugar
30 g vinegar

homemade salsa:
1/2 c red peppers, chopped
1/2 c green peppers, chopped
1/2 large onions
1/8 c vinegar
1/8 c ketchup
4 tsp cornstarch
1 clove garlic
1/5 tsp cumin
110 ml tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
3 g fresh cilantro
1 3/5 c tomatoes, chopped
2 g salt

Recipe Directions for Chili feb 2 2010

  1. Sautee onions and mushrooms.

  2. Mix yellow sugar and vinegar.

  3. Mix all ingredients together in pot, and simmer until tasty.
