Recipe Ingredients for Chili con Carne with zucchini

56 oz canned whole tomatoes
15 1/2 oz black beans
1 lb lean ground beef
6 cloves garlic
4 cups chopped zucchini
1 3/4 small onion
3 tbsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Chili con Carne with zucchini

In a large pot, heat the ground beef, garlic, and onion, cutting the ground beef into small, bite-sized bits with the spoon. When the ground beef is cooked all the way through, add the zucchini, beans, tomatoes, and chili powder and let simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot or save in the fridge for lunches.
