Recipe Ingredients for Chili con Carne

250 grams Beef
1 large(150 g) Onions
200 grams Tomatoes Chopped with Chilli
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
400 grams Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots

Recipe Directions for Chili con Carne

  1. Fry onions

  2. Fry mince

  3. Add peppers

  4. Add some chilli seeds

  5. Add chopped tomatoes

  6. Add kidney beans

  7. Add carrots

  8. Leave to simmer for as long as you want, I normally leave for 20-30 minutes.
