Recipe Ingredients for Chili Con Carne

38 oz kidney beans
2 carrots, shredded
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 celery stalks, sliced
2 onions, diced
1 lb lean ground beef, scramble fried
28 oz diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp basil
1 red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Chili Con Carne

  1. scramble fry ground beef, add to slow cooker

  2. add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and mix well

  3. cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high
