450 grams 90% Lean Ground Beef Broiled
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 clove Garlic
1.5 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
3.5 cup Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
3 tsp Chili Powder
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for chili con carne

  1. stir and saute oil, onion, garlic, and beef until meat is well done

  2. add the rest of the ingredients

  3. cover and simmer for about an hour or until you ar ehappy with the consistency.
