A lean delicious chili that I actually make with ground bison, which makes it leaner. but this analyser does not recognize bison.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili con carne

1 pound lean ground beef
14 ounce kidney beans
28 ounce diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 large onion
1 large red pepper
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Chili con carne

  1. Brown the meat in oil, set aside

  2. Saute the veggies in oil

  3. Combine all ingredients

  4. Season to your taste

  5. simmer for about 20 minutes

  6. Serve with grated cheese
