Recipe Ingredients for Chili con carne

2 lbs ground beef
30 oz tomatoe sauce
15 oz stewed tomatoes
30 oz canned kidney beans
1 cup chopped onions
4 cloves garlic
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup diced jalapenos
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp marjoram

Recipe Directions for Chili con carne

  1. Cook meat with onions and garlic until not pink anymore

  2. add tomatoe sauce, stewed tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, beans, peppers, spices and cook on low for 4 hours.
