Low fat chili with fresh veggies and organic ground beef

Recipe Ingredients for Chili Con Carne

434 g Organic Ground Beef
100 g chopped onion
100 g green pepper
3 tbsp chili powder
2 cloves garlic
796 ml crushed tomatoes
25 g zucchini
540 ml kidney beans
1 ear corn
100 g spinach

Recipe Directions for Chili Con Carne

  1. Brown ground beef. Add onion and garlic. Add all other ingredients except beans, corn and spinach and simmer for an hour, covered, over low heat.

  2. Add corn and spinach and cook for 15 minutes. Add in kidney beans and heat through.

  3. Serve with sour cream or grated cheese on top and use corn chips to dip.
