Recipe Ingredients for Chili con Carne

20 oz. ground beef
1/2 medium onion
1 1/2 large bell pepper
14 oz tomatoes
5 tablespoons chili seasoning (package)
14 oz. chili beans

Recipe Directions for Chili con Carne

  1. Brown ground beef in a large non-stick pan.

  2. Add onions and peppers. Fry until peppers are semi-soft.

  3. Add seasoning mix, tomatoes, 1/4 cup water and chili beans.

  4. Simmer for 10 minutes stiring occasionally.
