Recipe Ingredients for Chili Con Carne

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 tsps chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
28 ozs tomatoes, undrained
4 ozs tomato sauce
6 ozs tomato paste
4 ozs green chiles
30 oz kidney beans, undrained
1/2 cup frozen corn

Recipe Directions for Chili Con Carne

  1. Brown beef with onion and drain of fat.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
