Recipe Ingredients for Chili (chicken and white bean)

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup Unico White Kidney Beans
540 mL Tomatoes, chunky (Aylmer Accents, original)
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
6 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
3 clove Garlic
3 oz TVP

Recipe Directions for Chili (chicken and white bean)

  1. Heat oil. Add onion, pepper and garlic. Sautée for 5 minutes

  2. Add chicken. Cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Add all other ingredients and add chili powder (1 tbsp), cumin (1 tsp) and oregano (1/2 tbsp). Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes
