Chicken with cauliflower, pumpkin, kumara and chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili chicken

1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
530 g chicken breast
70 g onion
250 g cauliflower
150 g pumpkin
150 g kumara
2 tablespoons lime juice

Recipe Directions for Chili chicken

  1. Marinate chopped up chicken in the sauces, and fry in pan with the onion and cauliflower.

  2. When cooking steam the cubed pumpkin and kumara, then add to the chicken.

  3. When all cooked through, squeeze the lime juice all over the pan and serve hot.
