Great fresh off the stove, very good reheated in the microwave from being frozen solid. This is a slow cooker meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili - Belcher's 3 Bean Chili, 1.4Kcal/g

14 1/2 oz Black Beans
14 1/2 oz Cannelloni Beans (white kidney beans)
14 1/2 oz Chickpeas
14 1/2 oz crushed Tomatoes
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 lb Ground Turkey
1/4 cup diced jalapenos
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp whole cumin seed
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp peanut oil

Recipe Directions for Chili - Belcher's 3 Bean Chili, 1.4Kcal/g

  1. Add all can goods and jalape?os to a large slow cooker on High.

  2. Over a med high skillet add oil, let heat till the surface ripples. Add the meat to skillet and break apart. Add water and spice, cook till meat is done. Add meat to beans in slow cooker.

  3. Cook 2 plus hours.
