Recipe Ingredients for Chili with Beans

2 pounds 95% Lean Ground Beef
1 1/2 cups Dark Red Red Kidney Beans
1 1/2 cups Black Beans
3 cups Tomatoes, Diced
1 cup Onion
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 Chili Powder to Taste

Recipe Directions for Chili with Beans

  1. Finely dice onion and peppers

  2. Brown ground beef in a large stock pot

  3. Add: kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes (with juice), onion and pepper - mix well

  4. Add Chili powder to taste

  5. Simmer for several hours
