A simple crock pot dish. Vegan if you exchange beef stock for vegetable.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili - Bean

1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 cup dry pinto beans
1/2 cup dry black beans
1/2 cup corn
1 cup dry brown rice
1/2 onion
3 cups beef stock
15 oz stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Chili - Bean

  1. Soak the beans overnight in water; rinse.

  2. Put everything in a crock pot and cook on low all day.
