Use this to make 2 batches of chili from..one salty, one diabetic. No seasoning added to this base.

Recipe Ingredients for chili bean base

12 c kidney beans, cooked, no salt
2 c white onion
1/4 c red wine vinegar
8 c tomatoes, canned

Recipe Directions for chili bean base

  1. Cook dry beans to nearly plump.

  2. Add chopped onion, vinegar.

  3. Whir canned tomatoes in blender and add to beans on stove.

  4. Continue to cook until beans are tender.
