Recipe Ingredients for Chili ATK

1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 oz Chili Powder
1 oz Ground Cumin
0.5 tsp Cayenne
32 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
12 oz Sausage, Italian, Sweet, Links
28 oz Tomato Puree
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
8 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Olive Oil
28 oz Black Beans

Recipe Directions for Chili ATK

  1. 7-10 minutes cook spices and onion, peppers and oil.

  2. Add meat cook until brown.

  3. Add tomatoes and beans with salt and pepper. Simmer for 45 minutes with lid.

  4. Remove lid and simmer 45 minutes or until desired thickness has been reached.
