1 tbsp Olive Oil

315 grams Green Bell Pepper
245 grams Peppers, Jalapeno
1268 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
104 grams Cabbage, Red
878 grams goya reduced sodium black beans
439 grams Goya dark kidney beans (sodium reduced)
4 teaspoon Cumin, Ground

Recipe Directions for chili (4/25-2012)

used the olive oil to brown the meat. Add pepper and crushed garlic and sear it a little. Add onions and sear a while. THen add the rest and bring to a boil (don't worry liquids will appear from the vegs). Let simmer for 2-5 hours.
