Pretty much the same as the original version but this time I took a pound of chicken breast to the food processer instead of ground turkey. Still pretty damn good.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili - 3 Bean Chili, Mk II, 1.25Kcal/g

14 1/2 oz Black Beans
14 1/2 oz Cannelloni Beans (white kidney beans)
14 1/2 oz Chickpeas
14 1/2 oz crushed Tomatoes
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 lb Chicken breast
2 pepper jalapenos
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp whole cumin seed
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chili - 3 Bean Chili, Mk II, 1.25Kcal/g

  1. Dice the chicken into 1 inch chunks. Place chicken and spices into a food processer. Pulse till the chicken is pulverized.

  2. Add oil to a 5 quart pot over med high heat. Cook and brown the chicken, stirring to break apart. Remove chicken and add onions and bell pepper to pot. Saut? till the onions become translucent. Add the water to deglaze the pot.

  3. Add the cooked chicken, beans and tomatoes. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for at least an hour, two would be better.
