Recipe Ingredients for Chili 2

1 tsp minced garlic
1.54 pounds lean stew beef
878 g. canned kidney beans
822 g. can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
30 g. Worcestershire
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. bay leaves
2 oz wine

  1. Brown onions, garlic, and beef.

  2. Add kidney beans (drained/rinsed), tomatoes (cut up), and remaining ingredients.

  3. Simmer 1 hour.
