Yummo. The first four ingredients are actually the tomato sauce that I used, it's homemade. You can replace that with 32 oz of tomato sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili 10/18/08

1.71 lbs. Tomatoes
0.21 lbs. Onion
0.43 lbs. of green peppers
1/10 lbs. of celery
50 g onion
87 g. Red Pepper
4 tbsp chili powder
14 oz beans in tomato sauce
19 oz black beans
19 oz canned tomatoes
300 g. Corn
3 lbs. ground beef

Recipe Directions for Chili 10/18/08

  1. Brown ground beef.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a large pot (washing all beans), and simmer. The longer you simmer, the better it tastes!

  3. Serve with buns or toast, adding some grated cheese for garnishment. Also good served with rice. My mom used to do that to make it go further!
