Recipe Ingredients for Chile Verde

2 tbsp. canola oil
5 pounds beef roast
2 onions
5 garlic cloves
15 oz. green enchilada sauce
8 oz. diced green chilies
28 oz. rotel tomatoes
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Chile Verde

Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low 8-9 hours.
