Recipe Ingredients for Chile Verde With Pork and Potatoes

1 lb. Pork Stew meat
5 tomatoes
6 Jalapeno Peppers
1 tsp (Morton) Season Salt
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
660 g Russet Potatoes, chopped
1 1/2 c water

Recipe Directions for Chile Verde With Pork and Potatoes

  1. Put pork in pot, add season salt, vegetable oil. Saute till outside is browned.

  2. Boil tomotoes and peppers till soft. Put in blender, add salt and garlic powder, puree.

  3. Add salsa, potatoes, water in with meat.

  4. Simmer till potatoes are cooked through.
