Recipe Ingredients for Chile Rojo

4 tomatillos
1/2 cup arbol chiles
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Chile Rojo

Toast tomatillos on comal and plunge into cold water. Peal tomatillos and add with rest of ingredients to blender. Blend well until deeply red in color.
