Recipe Ingredients for Chile Rellenos Suizos

1620 grams Chilaca Chile
1000 grams Chicken
200 mL Caldo De Pollo sin Grasa Campbells
6.3 serving Queso crema Philadelphia original kraft
5 grams san francisco bay sea salt
117 mL Lala Crema
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Chile Rellenos Suizos

Season Chicken with season salt and pepper. Grill. Cut in strips so they fit nicely in the Previuosly peeled and desseded Chilaca peppers.Use only 16 peppers. Place them in a pan. Put the other 2 peppers in a blender with the cream cheese, cream, Chicken broth and sea salt. Blend till the sauce is smooth. Then cook on stove and add half the cheese and cook for just a little while. Pour over the chilaca and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it and bake for a few minutes. For less calories, use a low fat cream cheese and panela cheese. makes 16 servings.
