Recipe Ingredients for Chile Rellenos

4 peppers
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 oz pepper jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Chile Rellenos

  1. Roast and peel poblanos

  2. beat egg whites until stiff

  3. add in adobo seasoning

  4. Clean seeds and membranes from chiles

  5. Stuff chiles with cheese

  6. Dip stuffed chiles into egg whites

  7. Spray baking pan with oil

  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until egg whites are golden brown
