Toast Chilaca untill skin is toast enough to take of. Then take out seeds.Make sure to only cut on the side as little as possible Make strips out of the cheese and fill the peppers with the cheese. mix flour, milk, salt,B powder. the bath the peppers in the mix and fry or bake on a non stick surface.
