Recipe Ingredients for Chile relleno casserole

24 oz New Mexico Hatch Valley Fire Roasted Dice Green Chile
5 large Egg, White
12 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
16 oz 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
1.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1/4 cup Flour, All Purpose
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Chile relleno casserole

  1. Skin and seed rellenos. Cut monterey jack cheese into 1/4" square sticks. Stuff peppers with cheese and arrange in 9x13 casserole dish.

  2. Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper well. Pour over rellenos.

  3. Top with shredded cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
