Recipe Ingredients for Chile Relleno Casserole

28 oz Green Chiles
16 oz Cheddar Cheese
16 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
5 serving Egg, Whole
1.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chile Relleno Casserole

Slit Chiles lengthwise on one side. Remove seeds and drain. Slice Monterrey Jack into 1/4" pieces and place inside chiles. Place prepared chiles in 3 quart ungreased baking dish. Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt and a dash of pepper well and pour over chiles. Sprinkle grated cheddar over top. Bake uncover at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
